JIM PAYTAS JR is a lifelong resident of the greater Daytona Beach area and is well known and respected by the community and his peers. He is a longtime member of the National, State and Local Home Builders Association and serves as both a director for the Florida Homes Builders Association and the 2002 President of the Volusia Home Builders Association. He strives as a family man in other areas as well by participating in local youth recreation and many local charities.
