Motor Court
A custom motor court with circular drive utilizes paver tiles for an impressive first impression. Cultured stone accents and a slate tile roof add touches for tremendous curb appeal. A dramatic landscape package on a true one-acre estate setting is a visual impact seldom duplicated in our area.

Grand Entry
Custom recessed ceiling treatments with crown molding and accent painting over paver tiled flooring is welcomed in combination with the size of the entry area. Cultured stone walls and recessed lighting creates the exterior theme.

Gallery
Custom leaded glass doors open to Cherry wood flooring and leads you to stone columns and into the Grand Salon. Recessed ceilings with crown molding and accent painting and other architectural details create an entry experience.

Formal Dining
Raised floor covered with high grade porcelain tile flooring with bronze inlayed borders and steps adds drama. Surrounding you are stone columns highlighted by architectural details. Recessed wall décor with scone lighting combined with a lighted custom tray ceiling using accent paint and crown molding finish the room. A wet bar adjacent to the Dining Salon with custom wood cabinetry and granite tops is useful while entertaining.

Caribbean Dungeon Wine Cellar
Enter the Dungeon through Custom Iron gates and down through stucco domed ceilings and walls with recessed wall accents highlighting the iron candle wall mounted lights accented by authentic cherry wood stair finishes. Enter below the living area to a true Wine Cellar with authentic stucco walls highlighted with faux finishes. Themed wall lighting continues from the stairwell, accenting cabinetry and racks all resting on a custom stone tile patterned flooring.

Grand Salon
Looking in the Grand Salon, the disappearing corner sliding doors open to the outdoor living areas. Details include custom recessed ceiling with accent painting, three part arched niche with accent banding, heavy crown molding along ceiling and custom wood flooring using combination Cherry and Birch finishes with Walnut accents.

Owner’s Suite
Custom dramatic architectural treatments and buildouts surround the room. Recessed ceiling treatments utilize crown molding and accent painting over quality plush carpeting. Double custom doors open to outdoor living areas and bar area for morning juice.

Owner’s Bath
An enormous His and Her spa shower is the focal point when entering. Here we are showcasing the latest Moen plumbing fixtures and body sprays combined with a rain head in the center and dramatic bronzed wall accents. His and Her vanities use custom wood cabinetry with hand selected custom designed marble vanity tops and high end drop-in bowls. Finishes include custom cherry wood cabinetry with granite countertops, custom ceiling treatments with molding accents, built-in sub-zero refrigerator, high quality Wolf appliances with 36” cooktop, wall oven and Built-in twin microwave, Drawer type easy-load twin dishwasher by Fisher & Pakel, recessed overhead can lighting with decorative hanging pendants over bar area. Other features include an oversized walk-in pantry with solid shelving cherry wood flooring with decorative accents, and custom made fixed aquarium glass window in Café.

Custom cherry wood flooring trimmed with borders combined with ceiling treatments and accent molding set the background. A Custom entertainment wall with gas fireplace and dramatic window design using decorative drywall banding and accents are the focal point of the room. A whole house speaker system and in-wall surround sound speaker system are ready for entertaining.

Guest Suite
The guest suite is behind privacy using a disappearing solid wood pocket door opening to a vestibule with cherry wood flooring. The sleeping area uses high quality carpeting. The bath displays tumbled marble tiles on the walls and floor. A stand up shower is finished with a custom glass enclosure.

This guest bath displays recessed ceiling with accent paint and high-end custom Kohler fixtures. Dramatic flooring tiles and wainscoting with bronzed chair rail treatments extend to a full glass door that can also serve the guests of the outdoor living area.

Outdoor Living Area
The outdoor living spaces built into this home covers just as much area as the indoor areas. The main house Lanai hosts a summer bar with custom cabinetry, Moen fixtures and quartz type Dupont Zodiac countertops. Recessed can lighting and a Stainless steel outdoor gas fireplace compliment the elegant setting. Refreshments can be served from the high quality stainless steel U-line under cabinet fridge with ice-maker.

Beyond the rain fountain and stoned disappearing edged spa, the Fortunestone flooring extends to the detached cabana on the opposite side of the pool deck.
