From I-95:
- I-95 Exit 249 (SR 44), west two miles to Venetian Bay.
- Turn right into Venetian Bay on Airport Road. Make the 1st right into Portofino Reserve.
From West of New Smyrna Beach:
- I-4 Exit 118 (SR 44), east five miles to Venetian Bay.
- Turn left into Venetian Bay on Airport Road. Make the 1st right into Portofino Reserve.
From Port Orange:
- South on Williamson Blvd and continue two miles to Airport Road.
- Continue on Airport Road approx. three miles to the entrance of Venetian Bay.
- Go straight on Airport Rd past the town center and Portofino Reserve is on the left after Portofino.
